how it’s recycled
We use industrial recycling processes to turn waste into a reliable raw material.
This is how it works:
Sort
Plastic is sorted at our Material Hubs, then sent to our Material Recovery Facility to be recycled or reused.
Clean
Sorted plastic is washed and dried to remove food waste, dirt, and residue.
Shred
Clean plastic is shredded into small flakes.
Melt
The flakes are melted under controlled temperatures to keep material integrity.
Pellets
The melted plastic is formed into standardised pellets. These pellets slot straight into existing manufacturing systems, offering a reliable and traceable alternative to virgin plastic.
Sort
